Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, private clubs, resorts, property management, or comparable multi-department operations.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Skilled in project management, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
• Experience serving a discerning clientele and maintaining high standards of service.
• Hands-on, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Comfortable living and working in a small community.
