Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EDI Developer to support ongoing cleanup and automation efforts within the organization. This role will focus on improving efficiency by reducing manual processes, adjusting documentation for pricing and back-end issues, and supporting integration for customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience in EDI development, and a passion for streamlining workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize incoming and outgoing EDI documents.
• Adjust documentation for pricing and back-end issues.
• Reduce manual events through automation.
• Support setup and integration of customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage and streamline the flow of incoming and outgoing EDI documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Address documentation issues related to pricing and backend processes to maintain consistency.
• Identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual tasks and optimize workflows.
• Support the setup and integration of EDI systems for both customers and suppliers.
• Partner with internal teams to implement process improvements and drive operational enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI platforms and integrations.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for EDI processes and documentation.
• Train and support team members on in-house software and tools as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of EDI development experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with TrueCommerce software preferred (other EDI platforms also considered)
• Willingness to train on in-house software
• Huge Plus: Hands-on experience with Workato and other EDI tools
