Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Finance Manager to manage the AR process from invoicing through collections. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high level of accuracy, and can professionally interact with high-end clientele and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and send accurate client invoices in a timely manner
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments
  • Apply payments and reconcile client accounts CaterXpert, QuickBooks, Bill.com
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing questions, disputes, or adjustments
  • Work closely with the sales and event teams to confirm billing details and resolve discrepancies
  • Work directly with Banks, outside auditors and other related financial teams to ensure the financial statements and records
  • Maintain detailed and organized financial records and documentation
  • Prepare and deliver aging reports and AR summaries to leadership
  • Support month-end close processes and assist with audit requests as needed
  • Enforce company credit and collection policies
  • Continuously look for ways to streamline and improve the AR process

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related finance role
  • Experience in the hospitality, catering, or events industry strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting software QuickBooks, Sage and Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional, courteous, and client-service oriented demeanor
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
