Overview

Executive Leadership Opportunity. We are seeking a visionary and purpose-driven executive to lead strategic operations across Technology, Innovation, and Service Excellence including IT, Product Innovation, Corporate Real Estate, Payments, Card Services and Electronic Services. This role is ideal for a bold, values-led leader who will be part of an Executive Team who can bring clarity to complexity, align teams around a shared vision, and scale transformative ideas into enterprise-wide impact. You\'ll shape not only what we build and how we serve but also inspire and empower the leaders who make it happen directly influencing how we fulfill our mission to serve passionately, build community, and inspire hope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company\'s vision and goals. Inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and drive innovation across all areas of responsibility.
  • IT and Product Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions and innovative products that meet evolving customer needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and advancement.
  • Corporate Real Estate: Oversee management and optimization of the corporate real estate portfolio. Ensure facilities support business objectives and provide a productive work environment.
  • Payments and Card Services: Drive growth and development of payments and card services offerings. Identify opportunities and partnerships to enhance the product portfolio and deliver value to Members.
  • Electronic Services: Lead expansion and enhancement of electronic services. Ensure digital platforms are user-friendly, secure, and provide a seamless Member experience.
  • Business Services: Oversee delivery of high-quality business services that support operations and drive efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or closely related field (MBA preferred) with a minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience in operations at a financial institution, including at least five years in a senior management role.
  • Thorough knowledge of laws, regulations, risk management, and portfolio management within the financial services industry related to IT, product projects, corporate real estate, payments operations, and business lending.
  • Strong knowledge of modern management techniques, negotiation, public speaking, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders including directors, regulators, Members, team members, and vendors.
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop alternatives, and implement effective solutions; ability to interpret financial statements to optimize resources; ability to lead and motivate teams; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation

Base starting range: $400,000 to $453,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range reflects the scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\'s experience, education, key skills, and internal equity.
