Driver CDL - 1st Shift at GXO Logistics summary:

As a CDL Driver at GXO Logistics, you will operate box trucks to transport freight safely within the facility and on public roads, ensuring timely and secure delivery. • 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
• Pay rate starts at $25.50 with overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week
• $2,500 sign on bonus

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Drive a box truck in and around the site or on public roads
• Inspect truck before and after the shift
• Maneuver safely throughout the facility within the designated lanes and areas
• Maintain housekeeping within assigned tractor/trailer and defined areas
• Inspect trailers to be moved to verify condition
• Load and unload freight and supplies or assist in loading and unloading the truck
• Work safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Hazmat endorsement is required
• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) class A experience
• A current valid driver’s license and clean driving record over the past 2 years
• A current valid CDL class A and clean driving record

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
