The Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for BRGs global IT support and infrastructure services. Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, this position oversees Tier 1 Service Desk, Tier 2 IT Operations, Tier 3 System Administration and Provisioning, as well as Customer Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, ServiceNow administration, and IT communications. As BRG continues to expand globally, this role will ensure that infrastructure services are scalable, secure, and aligned with the firms business objectives across our Microsoft-centric environment, with extended presence in Azure, AWS, IBM, Oracle, and Google Cloud platforms.
BRGs continued global growth and digital transformation require a resilient, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure. The Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations will play a central role in ensuring that technology services consistently meet the evolving needs of our business, clients, and professionals. This role is instrumental in maintaining service excellence, driving IT modernization, and supporting the firms ambitious expansion roadmap.

Salary Range: $200,000-$250,000
