Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This position involves managing accounts receivable processes, cash applications, and high-volume data entry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and cash posting, and will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities:
• Process and accurately apply incoming cash payments, ensuring timely updates to accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including monitoring outstanding balances and reconciling discrepancies.
• Perform high-volume data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to track transactions and maintain financial records.
• Post payments to customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly documented.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain organized records of cash applications and prepare reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
