Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR team in Attleboro, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee the collection and application of revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while meeting cash flow objectives. You will also collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address any issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the accounts receivable team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee the collection and application of payments, ensuring revenue is recorded correctly and on time.
• Monitor and analyze aging reports to identify and address overdue accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and meet departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall experience.
• Prepare and present KPI reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage billing processes, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to streamline AR operations and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to foster growth and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
