Accounts Receivable/Billing
Join a team that truly supports one another and the greater Sacramento community. Your role in our accounting and finance team will focus on grant billing, collections, cash posting, and AR analysis. Experience needed:
· BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
· Experience with AR and grant billing for at least one year
· Overall accounting or Finance work experience at least two years
· Excel intermediate with v look ups and pivot tables.
· Sage or QuickBooks highly preferred
An Overview of the role and specific tasks include:
· Weekly report generation
· Daily cash posting, payment reconciliation & prepare general ledger adjustments as needed.
· Create billing and review budgeted rates, programs utilized and budgeted projections.
· Work with the internal team and key stakeholders to research and resolve billing issues.
